Shipping policy
We use mainly USPS Carrier with minimum 3 days shipping after taking up to 3-5 days to process the order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
There is FREE shipping after spending $69 or more. Any orders below $69, the shipping cost is $6.95 USD and can take up to 3-5 business days of transit.
Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order will be put on hold while one of our customer service representatives reaches out to you for a physical street address.
Do you ship overseas?
- We DO NOT SHIP overseas/international.
We take utmost care in packaging and handling your candies to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages, breakage or melting that may occur during transit. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
