We provide you with the freshest and highest quality candies. However, due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all food item sales are final. Please review our no return policy below:
- Perishable Nature of Candies: Candies are perishable items that are subject to spoilage, melting, or deterioration, especially in certain weather conditions. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for candies that have been opened, used, or consumed.
- However, if you did receive a melted product you are able to receive a replacement product and ship it for free if you send us a photo to our customer support email address (cocobellsc@gmail.com) within 24 hours after receiving the product. We will able to re-send new products giving 3-7 window days.
- Food Safety Regulations: In compliance with food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returned candies as they cannot be restocked or resold due to health and safety concerns.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: For hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candies, as we cannot verify their condition once they have left our premises. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers.
- We take utmost care in packaging and handling your candies to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages, breakage or melting that may occur during transit.
